Meet the Treelife team! We are a highly qualified and established team with many years service within the industry and for Treelife. We pride ourselves on working hard and to the highest standards and on top of that we're a friendly lot too!
Tim (Nd Arb, Nd Forestry, M. Arbor. A) - Director
Tim decided to become a tree surgeon after seeing a climber in a large tree on his way to school. At 16 Tim moved to Lincoln to study a National Diploma in Forest Management and staying to complete a National Diploma in Forestry and Arboriculture. Tim did 4 apprentice years with Patrick Faulkner and then Nick Sutton before setting up Treelife in 2003 where he has since achieved professional membership of The Arboriculture Association.
Tim holds the following awards in chainsaws and related operations: NPTC CS30, CS31, CS32, CS33, CS36, CS38, CS39, Risk Assessment for Commercial Arboricuture, NPTC Safe Use of a Stump Grinder and Emergency First Aid at Work.
Pete (Nd Arb) - Team Leader
After studying for a National Diploma in Arboriculture at Myerscough College, tree surgery has become more of a passion than a career. Pete worked internationally as a climber two years of which were on the northern beaches of Sydney, Australia. Pete joined Treelife in 2008.
Pete holds the following awards in chainsaws and related operations: NPTC CS30, CS31, CS32, CS33,CS36, CS38 and CS39, Risk Assessment for Commercial Arboriculture, NPTC Level 2 Certificate in the Safe Use and Operation of Mobile Work Platforms (MEWP) and Emergency First Aid at Work.
Rory - Arborist
Rory joined the Treelife team in 2013 on work experience. He has since completed his Forestry and Arboriculture diploma at Moulton College and is now working at Treelife full time.
Jake - Apprentice
Jake is the newest member of the Treelife team. He joined us in September 2024 as our new apprentice. He will be working with Treelife and studying for his Level 2 Arborist at Berkshire College of Agriculture.
Lauran - Office Administrator
Lauran joined Treelife in 2008 after leaving Writtle College gaining a BSc in Conservation and the Environment making her a valuable resourse for the team.
